An in-house manufacturing operation producing bespoke furniture, architectural joinery, kitchens, doors, and decorative woodwork from our own production facility. Every piece is designed, engineered, and built by our own craftsmen — giving us complete control over quality, lead time, and cost.

Our integrated delivery model is designed for projects where quality, programme, and accountability cannot be compromised.
BRIEF & FEASIBILITY
We engage early — understanding the project brief, site constraints, and client objectives before a single drawing is produced. Early contractor involvement prevents costly design changes downstream.
DESIGN & ENGINEERING
Our design and engineering teams work in parallel, not in sequence. Structural, MEP, interior, and specialist engineering decisions are coordinated from day one — eliminating the clashes that delay lesser projects.
MANUFACTURE & PROCUREMENT
Long-lead items — joinery, FF&E, specialist materials — are procured and manufactured concurrently with construction. Our in-house production facility means we control lead times, not suppliers.
CONSTRUCTION & INSTALLATION
All core works are self-performed by our own trained teams. No subcontracting of structural, MEP, finishing, or joinery trades. One team, one standard, one point of accountability.
HANDOVER & AFTERCARE
We do not disappear at practical completion. Our aftercare programme covers the defects liability period in full, with dedicated site managers and a direct line to the team that built the project.
